Data Sovereignty Policy

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Absolute Data Sovereignty

At Quantum Verses, our architecture is fundamentally engineered around zero-trust and absolute data sovereignty. Unlike traditional cloud services that transmit your data to remote servers for processing, our applications run complex workflows directly on your local edge device (e.g., within your browser via WebAssembly).

What this means: We cannot read, store, or sell your documents. Your data physically never leaves your machine unless you explicitly choose to export it to a location of your choice.

2. Zero Server Logging

Our infrastructure does not log any application payload data. When you process a document in the DocUtility Verse or manage transactions in the QuickPOS Engine, the data processing occurs entirely in client-side memory. Once you close your tab or clear your local cache, the temporary session data ceases to exist.

3. Local Storage & Telemetry

To provide a continuous experience (like maintaining offline functionality or saving local preferences), our Verses may utilize your device's native localStorage or IndexedDB. This data remains on your physical hardware.

We collect minimal, anonymized telemetry strictly regarding application performance (e.g., WASM load times, crash logs) to ensure the stability of the Quantum Verses network. This data contains zero personally identifiable information or file contents.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We employ strict Content Security Policies (CSP). Our applications do not load executable code from unverified third-party domains. Any external integration (such as an enterprise SSO plugin) must be explicitly configured and authorized by your organizational administrator.
