Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Quantum Verses network and utilizing any of our client-side software engines (the "Verses"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the ecosystem on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Edge-Compute Liability

Unlike traditional cloud software, Quantum Verses operates entirely on your local hardware via WebAssembly and browser APIs. Therefore, we do not dictate rate limits based on network quotas.

Performance Disclaimer: The execution speed, stability, and maximum processing thresholds of our engines are heavily dependent on your device's local CPU, memory, and browser constraints. Quantum Verses cannot be held liable for hardware-induced performance bottlenecks or data loss resulting from local browser crashes or cleared caches.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing the Quantum Verses ecosystem, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary WebAssembly binaries powering our tools.
• Circumvent licensing checks built into the local execution environment.
• Embed the Quantum Verses engine frames into third-party commercial applications without an Enterprise API license.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, UI components, brand assets (including the Quantum Verses logo and typography lockups), and compiled WebAssembly binaries are the exclusive property of Quantum Verses Studio. Access to the applications does not grant you ownership of any underlying intellectual property.

5. Enterprise Licensing

Organizations requiring dedicated SLAs, custom offline syncing modules, or white-labeled versions of our engines must engage in a separate Enterprise Licensing Agreement. These Terms of Service serve as the baseline for standard, non-commercial usage.
